For the purposes of defining the terms of this privacy policy, MJ's Star Trek Portal shall represent the components of this site: MJ's Star Trek Information Database, MJ's Star Trek Multimedia Site, and the Webmaster Services, guestbook, and feedback forms contained in MJ's Star Trek Portal. We use the information we collect from you to allow you to participate in the site activities for which the information is collected. For example, when you give us your e-mail address, web site name, and web site URL in order to submit your site for an award or other service offered on this site, that address is used only to communicate with you regarding those services you have applied for. We do not use contact information to create mailing lists or for any other purpose than is expressed during the process in which the information is actively collected.
